DogeOS Quest Program – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Layer 69 Foundation (“DogeOS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and processes information in connection with the DogeOS Quest Program (“Quests”).

This policy applies only to the Quest Program and is separate from privacy policies governing other products or services in the DogeOS ecosystem.

1. Information We Collect

Participation in Quests may result in the collection of certain information, including:

Wallet Information

• blockchain wallet addresses
• on-chain transaction activity
• public blockchain data related to Quest participation

Blockchain data is publicly available and may be independently accessed or analyzed by third parties.

Participation Information

We may collect information related to Quest participation, including:

• email and other contact information
• quest completion status
• timestamps of actions
• campaign activity logs
• referral or invitation codes
• reward eligibility status
• user generated content

Device and Network Information

We may collect limited technical information used for security and fraud prevention, including:

• device identifiers

• operating system
• approximate location derived from IP address

Social or Platform Integrations

Some Quests may allow participants to connect external services such as social media platforms or ecosystem applications. Information collected through those integrations is governed by the policies of those services.

• detecting Sybil attacks

We do not sell personal data.

We do not collect or store private keys.

4. Third-Party Quest Participation

Some Quests may involve participation in activities operated by ecosystem partners. When participating in such Quests, certain information may be shared with the relevant partner for purposes of:

• distributing rewards
• operating partner campaigns

Information shared may include:

• wallet address
• quest completion status
• referral identifiers
• participation metadata

Ecosystem partners operate under their own privacy policies. DogeOS does not control how partners collect, use, or store information once it has been shared with them in connection with a Quest. Users are encouraged to review partner privacy policies before participating in partner-operated Quests.

5. On-Chain Data

Blockchain networks are public. Wallet addresses and associated transactions may be visible to anyone using blockchain explorers or analytics tools. DogeOS does not control how third parties analyze public blockchain data.

6. Data Retention

We retain Quest participation information only for as long as necessary to:

• operate the Quest Program
• prevent fraud and abuse
• comply with legal obligations
• resolve disputes

After that period, data may be deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect collected information. However, no internet or blockchain-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. International Data Transfers

Information collected through the Quest Program may be processed in multiple jurisdictions where DogeOS or its service providers operate.
